4.1 Currency. All transactions on the taya1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). taya1 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on taya1 is ₱20. This minimum applies across all supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet.
4.3 Accepted Payment Methods. taya1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Available payment methods may change from time to time at taya1's discretion.
4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your taya1 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet are subject to the processing times of the respective banking networks. taya1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. taya1 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. taya1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for gaming purposes. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited.
4.7 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. taya1 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance.

In no event shall taya1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
